If you have already performed the instructions listed below or are using equipment owned by Acuity then proceed to the secure site using the following link:

This site is only accessible through a secure connection. Some settings need to be in place in order for your system to trust and use our services.
1) Your system must trust our certificate. Follow the below instructions to perform this task.
a. Click this link to open the zip file with the certificate (make sure to choose Open)
b. Double-click the enclosed certificate file named “AcuityCert.cer”
c. Click “Install Certificate”
d. Click “Next”
e. Select “Place all certificates in the following store”
f. Click “Browse”
g. Select the folder named “Trusted Root Certification Authorities”
h. Click “OK”
i. Click “Next”
j. Click “Finish”
k. Click “Yes” to confirm the request
l. Click “OK” when the messages shows a successful import.
2) Our site must be listed in your Trusted Sites in Internet Explorer
a. (Inside Internet Explorer) Click Tools -> “Internet Options”
b. Click the “Security” tab
c. Highlight “Trusted Sites”
d. Click “Sites”
e. Type “*.teamacuity.com” and click “Add”
f. Click “OK”
g. Click “Custom Level”
h. Find the item that states “Initialize and script ActiveX controls NOT marked as safe”
i. Select the box that shows “Enabled”
j. Click “OK”
k. Click “OK”
3) Close Internet Explorer
4) Re-open Internet Explorer and go to the site https://portal.teamacuity.com
NOTE: If your company or system does not allow you to make these changes you may need to seek assistance from your administrator. The SharePoint may not work fully as intended without these settings. All traffic from the SharePoint website must be encrypted.
